At The Good Group our philosophy is to provide you with an end-to-end service, from our initial meeting, through to aftercare, and even interior decoration. Project managing a construction project is time-consuming, and we appreciate you have other things to do. So, we manage the whole process for you. This way, you can get on with doing what you enjoy, and we can get on with doing what we enjoy. For us, it is all about the experience you have, so we can help you in the future, or help your friends/family.
3. INITIAL CONSULTATION
Initially, we will meet with you, whether that’s over the phone, video call, or in person. This way our luxury home developers can find out exactly what you’re looking for. We understand how important it is to you that we get this right, and neither you, nor us want any surprises along the way. 4. ALL DISCIPLINES INCLUDED
We provide a turnkey/end-to-end service, from the consultation call, through to our aftercare package. We work with specialists who we’ve built relationships with over a number of years, so we know you’re getting the best, trustworthy trades people out there. From our architect to our planning consultant, we do all the ‘behind the scenes’ work so you can focus on living your life.
5. Inspiring you, beyond your wildest dreams
Depending on your budget, we have visual plans/blueprints to suit you. From standard 2 dimensional plans, to the option of a full walk-through (literally). We’re seeing a lot more 3D models being used by luxury home developers in recent years, but we appreciate it comes down to your budget. This is why we offer a variety of different visual aids, and any can be used for your property.
6. Surprise free, accurate quotes
When we provide you with a quote, we don’t give you a “ballpark” figure, and then change our minds down the line. How many times have you been given a quote for something, and it never ends up being the price you were given? The online quote system that we use, accurately calculates the cost of the whole construction project, so you don’t receive any surprises when it comes to payment. By using a straightforward quote system, we are able to ensure the prices we give are accurate, and your mind is at ease. And, as and when changes need to be made, we update the quote quickly and accurately.
7. Interior styling, for your dream home
We offer a bespoke interior styling service from our in-house home stylist. We aim to take care of the whole project; so, why stop at the build? Our expertise in interior styling are second to none, bringing your vision and personality to life. We are passionate about building with sustainable materials, and we never compromise on quality. We offer both traditional building methods, and also sustainable options, using the latest in technology. For example, we offer a high-performance building material called Structural Insulated Panels (SIP), helping to reduce our carbon footprint whilst ensuring your home is efficient and comfortable. Are you affordable?
Building a good-quality house isn’t cheap. But, if you’re looking for your dream home, to be built in a sustainable way, using excellent quality material, by luxury home developers who provide an end-to-end, turnkey service then yes, we are. We aren’t in the business of providing the cheapest options, in the quickest times. It’s all about building your dream home, that will last and be enjoyed for years to come.

Can I use my own trades people?
Unfortunately no because we’ve taken the time to develop and build the relationships we have with our recommended tradespeople. We use our own architects for example, as we find communication, expectations and objectives align once a relationship has been solidified. On top of this, by keeping everything in-house delays are prevented and the process runs a lot smoother.
